The Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform adopts the sovereign AI Factory Fusion of ABA Technology.
Rabat – The Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform has officially announced the adoption of the sovereign AI Fusion Factory through the signing of an agreement with ABA TECHNOLOGY.
This initiative marks a major advance in the deployment of a sovereign public artificial intelligence, designed, hosted, and governed in Morocco.
The sovereign AI Fusion Factory provides the State with an operational industrial capacity to transform administrative processes into concrete AI, IoT, and agent-based automation solutions, in a local, secure, and controlled environment, without dependence on foreign cloud platforms.

Multidisciplinary teams are transforming the needs of administrations into measurable and industrializable AI projects. The pilot phase focuses on five structuring AI-Gov projects, particularly in support of public decision-making, while strictly adhering to human responsibility and the ethical principles of public action.
