AIoT Generation scales up nationwide to train the talents of tomorrow
Six months after its launch, Génération AIoT is taking a new step forward with the gradual extension of its program nationwide. Supported by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, and ABA Technology, the program transforms training in emerging technologies into concrete projects serving the Moroccan economy and society.

Bringing forth a generation capable of building the AI of tomorrow
Génération AIoT is built on an essential conviction: Morocco's digital transformation begins first and foremost with investing in human skills.
The program supports young Moroccans in strategic technological fields such as artificial intelligence, Agentic AI, Physical AI, and the Internet of Things. The objective goes beyond theoretical learning: it is about enabling talents to understand these technologies, experiment with them, and apply them to real-world challenges.
For ABA Technology, artificial intelligence takes on its full meaning when it strengthens human capabilities and empowers a new generation to actively participate in the digital and productive transformation of the Kingdom.
Concrete applications & societal impact
From training to applied projects
The initial results illustrate this desire to directly link technological skills with operational realities.
Since its launch, Génération AIoT has registered more than 2,118 applications and currently brings together 95 talents in the Salé and Casablanca centers.
In Salé, the 46 talents of the first cohort completed four months of training and specialization before beginning a professional immersion phase. Participants who have reached this stage are now working on applied projects in several sectors:

· Logistics
· Scientific Research

· Digital Technologies
This immersion makes it possible to move from acquiring knowledge to putting it into practice, with projects directly linked to the needs of different sectors.
Sovereignty & responsibility
Deploying technological skills as close as possible to the territories
Scaling up to the national level represents a new structuring phase. Following Salé and Casablanca, new cohorts are planned for Casablanca, Fès, and Oujda, with three cohorts in the economic capital and two in each of the cities of Fès and Oujda.
Starting from February 2027, the program aims for a pace of 1,200 talents trained each year.
This regionalization of skills helps expand access to emerging technologies and strengthen the local capacities necessary for the Kingdom's digital development.
For ABA Technology, technological sovereignty also relies on this capacity to develop in Morocco the skills capable of understanding, designing, and deploying the technologies that will support its transformation. A responsible and sovereign AI is built with controlled infrastructure, but above all with trained talents deeply rooted in the realities of their territory.
